1. Check your tyre pressures on a regular basis, preferably weekly, set them to the manufacturer’s specifications.
2. When checking your tyre pressures have a look at your tyres. Make sure there are no screws or nails starting to cause a leak, remove them if you can, or bring them in for us to have a look at and repair as necessary.
3. Rotate your tyres regularly so they wear down evenly, when we service your vehicle we will be looking for any uneven wear and will advise you to rotate your tyres accordingly.
4. Be aware of any differences in the way your vehicle handles and steers, with the condition of some roads these days it doesn’t take much to put your wheel alignment out, and if your wheel alignment is out your tyres will wear prematurely.
